Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the pjfun Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. pjfun employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, and any balances or winnings may be forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the duration of your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pjfun will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify pjfun immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and applicable Philippine law, pjfun may require you to complete a Know Your Customer verification process. This may involve submitting a government-issued photo identification document (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have their withdrawal privileges suspended.
pjfun accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.
Deposits are generally credited to your pjfun account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. pjfun is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or technical issues outside our control.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. pjfun aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Processing times for bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may vary and are subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
pjfun reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be released to accounts that have successfully completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified. pjfun reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawal requests.
All transactions on the pjfun Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. pjfun is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.
pjfun offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus winnings.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
pjfun reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or participating in coordinated bonus exploitation with other players. Determination of bonus abuse is at the sole discretion of pjfun.
pjfun reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the effective date of the change, provided the player continues to comply with the applicable bonus terms.
All games available on the pjfun Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
pjfun uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are fair, random, and independent of previous results. The RNG systems used by pjfun's game providers are regularly audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to verify compliance with industry fairness standards.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, pjfun will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and any wager placed during the affected round will be returned to the player's account. pjfun's decision in such matters is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pjfun Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:
All content on the pjfun Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of pjfun or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pjfun.
pjfun collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pjfun implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
pjfun may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory authorities in compliance with applicable Philippine law. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with our legal obligations and our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pjfun, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
pjfun's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pjfun account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pjfun makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. pjfun does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
pjfun is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options.
Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion through our customer support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and will prevent access to the Platform for the duration of the exclusion period.
pjfun strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players. If we have reason to believe that a player is under the age of 21, we will suspend the account immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited.

pjfun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of your account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and associated winnings will not be returned upon account closure.
You may close your account at any time by contacting pjfun customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
pjfun reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pjfun will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising between you and pjfun in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to pjfun's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
pjfun's decisions on all gaming matters, including game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status, are final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
