7.1 Service Providers and Processors

All PIPs are bound by data processing agreements that require them to process personal data only on pjfun's instructions and in compliance with applicable data protection law.

7.2 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities

pjfun may disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), law enforcement agencies, or other government authorities where required or permitted by Philippine law. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with our legal obligations and will be limited to the minimum data necessary.

7.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of pjfun's business, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. 9. Data Retention

pjfun retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and AMLA obligations.
• Financial transaction data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act and BIR regulations.
• Gaming and usage data: Retained for three (3) years from the date of generation, unless a longer period is required for regulatory or dispute resolution purposes.
• Customer support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication, unless the matter is subject to ongoing dispute or legal proceedings.
• Marketing preferences: Retained until you withdraw your consent or request deletion, whichever is earlier.

12. Children's Privacy

The pjfun Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed by PAGCOR regulations. pjfun does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If pjfun becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data in question, and return any deposited funds to the originating payment method. If you believe that a minor has registered an account on the Platform, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 16.

13. Security Measures

Where changes are material, pjfun will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. If you do not agree with the amended Policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
